At Pro Facility Solutions, we like to keep things simple—no fine print, no sneaky fees. That’s why shipping is absolutely FREE on all orders to customers within Australia.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received it loud and clear. At the same time, we’ll pre-authorize your credit card for the purchase.
Here’s what happens next:
- We check to ensure your item is in stock and ready for shipment.
- If it’s available, we process your order and get started on shipping it out to you.
- If it’s back-ordered or unavailable, don’t panic! We’ll void the pre-authorization and email you with options to sort things out.
Order Shipment
Got something in stock? Sweet! Once we process the payment, your order will ship within two to ten business days.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info within 24 hours. If you haven’t heard from us within four business days after placing your order, feel free to give us a nudge at support@profacilitysolutions.com.au—we’re happy to help.
International Orders
Thinking of ordering from outside Australia? Unfortunately we don't ship overseas at this time but here is what you need to know if you happen to take one of our products outside the country:
- Our products are designed for Australia’s 240V electrical system, and while they’re certified to meet Australian safety standards, we can’t guarantee compatibility with other countries’ standards.
Damages
Uh-oh! Did your package arrive looking worse for wear? Here’s what to do:
- Inspect the packaging as soon as it arrives. If you see damage, make a note of it before signing for delivery, or refuse the delivery altogether.
- If you do accept delivery, snap some photos of the damaged packaging and the products inside immediately.
- Send those photos to us at support@profacilitysolutions.com.au, and we’ll assist you with the next steps to get everything sorted.
We’ll make sure everything gets resolved quickly so you’re back to business without a hitch.
