At Pro Facility Solutions, we stand behind every product we sell (because they’re awesome, of course). But hey, we know life happens—maybe you changed your mind, or that soap dispenser didn’t spark joy like you thought it would. That’s why we’ve got your back with our 30-Day Return Policy.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Changed your mind? No problem! Email us at support@profacilitysolutions.com.au with your order number, and we’ll send you the simple steps to process your return.
  2. Please note, return shipping is free. We promise, no hidden fees or hoops to jump through.
  3. Once your return arrives at our warehouse in "Like New" condition with all its original packaging and accessories, we’ll inspect it faster than a hand dryer and process your refund within 2 days.

A quick heads-up:

  • "Like New" means no signs of wear, tear, or adventures your product might have gone on.
  • Items that come back looking less than fresh won’t be eligible for a refund.

Damages

Uh-oh! Did your product arrive looking worse for wear? First, take a deep breath—we’ve got this. Make a note of any damage when signing for delivery, snap some photos, and email them to support@profacilitysolutions.com.au on the same day.

We’ll take care of shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and get you a replacement faster than you can say “touchless faucet.”

Important: Keep all the original packaging handy for a smooth return process.


Cancellations

Need to hit the brakes on an order? No problem! Contact our team at support@profacilitysolutions.com.au right away, and we’ll help you avoid those pesky return shipping fees.

  • Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund—easy peasy.
  • If your order has already shipped, our 30-Day Return Policy will apply.

Other Things to Note

  • Some products or vendors might have specific return policies—check the product description for details.
  • Items labelled as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for returns.
  • We only sell to customers who plan to love and use their products for the long haul. If you’re planning a “one-time-use” purchase (think trade shows or events), returns won’t be accepted.
